原作者确实停止更新了：

This project was archived by the original authors and maintainers of Sourcetrail by the end of 2021. You can read more about this decision in this blog entry.

This is a fork of the Sourcetrail project and I want to keep this project at least buildable.

这个软件之前用过，后来作者停止更新了，现在这应该是有人接手了，看了下仓库没提供安装包，每月捐赠10美元可以提供安装包。
