8 DI RANGE
Analog Input Range Selection Input. In hardware mode, this pin determines the input range of the
analog input channels (see Table 10). If the STBY pin is at logic low, this pin determines the powerdown mode (see Table 15). In software mode, the RANGE pin is ignored. However, this pin must be
tied high or low.

在软件模式下，RANGE引脚被忽略。但是，此引脚必须连接高电平或低电平。

请查看您是否使用的是AD7606B，因为只有早期的AD7606才是硬件模式。现在的7606B和C一般都是使用软件模式。即OSx引脚被设置为111。
